Refund policy

At WHACK Sports we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Change-of-mind & Wrong Size Returns

We accept returns for change of mind or a size/fit issue within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and unworn, in its original condition
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return postage for change of mind and size returns is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll process your store credit which you can use any time on a future order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your store credit to be issued after we've received and inspected the item.

If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of a store credit, please contact us at info@whacksports.com.au with your order number. Please note that a cancellation fee applies for refunds, as the fees charged on your original payment are non-refundable to us. The amount depends on the payment method used for your order, and our team will confirm this with you before processing.
