"I bought a junior harrow bat for my son whilst on holiday, Great store in Surfers, really well organised and a great range of bats. Really well organised in terms of bat size and weight. Needed it sent by post to the UK and this was easily done. Bat arrived safely. Knocked in and a bat care kit included. Helpful advice in the shop when choosing the bat too."

"I’ve been buying cricket gear here for years for my daughter and the advice and service is always spot on. Once had a dodgy thigh pad they not only replaced it without hesitation they gave us the next level up as compensation for a faulty one. We have purchased from Whack on 2 different occasions in the last couple of weeks and have had excellent service both times. The first experience was in-store purchasing a new bat for our son. As soon as we said what we were after they knew what size by looking at him and they picked out several bats in the weight & price range we requested. They then helped our son by asking him questions to guide his decision and allowed him to have a hit with the “shortlist”. We were super impressed as we had a very underwhelming experience at another store on the same day.The 2nd purchase was online and the delivery turned up in 2 days in perfect condition.We will definitely be heading to Whack first from now on. The service was exceptional.
